What's a "silo"? ▼
A silo is a fully autonomous content machine for a single niche. You set the niche, the products, and the platforms — Flaruva handles the rest: discovering products, generating content, scheduling posts, publishing, and tracking performance. Think of it as a dedicated affiliate website that runs itself.
What are AI credits used for? ▼
Credits power every AI action: article generation, video script writing, TTS voiceovers, image-to-video rendering, and product discovery. Credit costs: articles = 1 credit, images = 2 credits, carousels = 5 credits, video renders = 10 credits. Starter gets 300/mo, Growth gets 1,000/mo, Empire gets 3,000/mo. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Need more? Top up anytime.
What's the COGS cap and why does it exist? ▼
COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) tracks the compute cost of your AI actions. On the Starter plan, if your monthly COGS exceeds ~£8.50, high-cost video rendering is paused until the next billing cycle. This protects us both from runaway costs. Growth and Empire remove this cap entirely — render as much as you want.
Can I add more silos to my Growth plan? ▼
Yes. Growth includes 5 silos. Beyond that, add extra silos at £15/mo each. Each extra silo draws from your shared credit pool. There's no silo limit on Empire — go wild.
Do I need to bring my own API keys? ▼
Optional. Flaruva works out of the box using our shared AI keys. If you bring your own (Pexels, OpenAI, fal.ai, Creatomate), your credits go further since you're not sharing infrastructure. You can add API keys under Settings → API Keys in the dashboard.
What happens if I cancel? ▼
Your silos stop running at the end of your billing period. Your data — content, articles, analytics, links — stays accessible for 30 days, then is archived. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.
Is there a free trial? ▼
No free trial currently, but every new account starts with 150 bonus credits to explore the dashboard and run a test cycle before subscribing. That's ~150 articles or ~15 videos — enough to see real results. No credit card required to sign up.
How does annual billing work? ▼
Annual is the default for good reason — pay for 10 months, get 12 free. That's a 16.7% saving. Billed once upfront. Starter saves £58/yr (£290/yr vs £348/yr monthly), Growth saves £158/yr (£790/yr vs £948/yr monthly), Empire saves £298/yr (£1,490/yr vs £1,788/yr monthly). You can cancel before renewal for a prorated refund.
What are the volume silo discounts? ▼
The more extra silos you add, the less you pay per silo. Add 3+ extra silos and get 10% off each — that's £13.50/mo per silo instead of £15. Add 5+ and get 20% off — just £12/mo per silo. Discounts apply automatically at checkout and stack with annual billing. So if you're on annual billing with 5+ silos, you get both discounts.
Do annual and volume silo discounts stack? ▼
Yes. If you switch to annual billing AND add 5+ extra silos, both discounts apply. Annual saves you 2 months on your base plan, and the volume discount reduces your per-silo add-on cost by up to 20%. They're independent discounts that stack.
